Failed Endeavor: Sussex Team's Silly Efforts to Uncover Meghan Markle's Ultimate Goal Fall Flat

Who might actually be interested in Megan Markle as a political candidate in the US? Her PR team seems to be putting in a lot of effort these days.I hope your Monday is off to a great start. Over the weekend, I stumbled upon quite an intriguing, or should I say, absurd article published by The Express. The headline reads, "Megan Markle Builds an Interesting Candidate as US Political Dream Gets a Major Revival."

Well, we can certainly say a lot about Megan's PR team, but we cannot deny their determination, even though there are numerous reasons they should reconsider this unrealistic dream. It appears they're holding onto it for dear life. I'm not sure if it's Megan urging them to put out this information or if they genuinely believe it's a good idea, but here we are again.

Let's delve into the article together. The first paragraph suggests that Megan Markle's foray into US politics has gained significant traction. I'm not entirely sure on what basis they are making this claim. Who on Earth is reviving this preposterous notion? Nevertheless, the article mentions that Megan was linked to the Senate seat left vacant by the passing of Diane Feinstein, implying that this could have been Megan's opportunity. However, Gavin Newsome opted for a different interim appointee. It remains uncertain whether Megan will eventually enter the political arena.

The subsequent paragraph hints at Megan considering a move into US politics. We've heard these rumors for a while, but they seem to originate from Megan and her PR team. It also suggests that Megan received guidance from Gavin Newsome, although last I heard, he wanted nothing to do with her and had ceased communication with her. It's perplexing how he could still be considered her guide. We are reminded that Megan actively encouraged Americans to vote in the 2020 presidential election. At the time, we expressed concerns about her involvement, given her British title. These reservations still apply today.

The article goes on to mention that if the former actress decides to enter US politics, she will face immense pressure from conservatives to relinquish her royal titles. It's worth noting that not all liberals or left-leaning individuals are necessarily supporters of Megan Markle. Running for any position would be a significant mistake, and the only reason Democrats might consider her as a candidate would be to ensure they don't win.

The article includes quotes from Eric Schiffer, the chair of Reputation Management Consultants, who suggests that Americans would consider factors like confidence, likability, and support for relevant issues when evaluating Megan's candidacy. He highlights her track record in advocating for the environment, mental health, and equality. However, it's essential to note that Eric Schiffer is a wealthy Hollywood elite and a billionaire, so his endorsement of Megan as a candidate may not necessarily resonate with the general public.

The article also features comments from N. Gardner, the director of the Margaret Thatcher Center for Freedom at the Heritage Foundation, a conservative think tank. Gardner believes it is inappropriate for the Duchess of Sussex to engage in US political activities, given her royal title, and she should either relinquish it or have it removed if she pursues a political career. This argument has been echoed by others who share concerns about Megan's involvement in US politics.

In light of these arguments, it is evident that Megan's potential foray into US politics continues to be a topic of debate and contention. Many believe that her British royal title and previous actions disqualify her from political involvement, while others argue that her advocacy on various issues might make her an intriguing candidate.
