Harry and Meghan Markle move out of Kensington Palace. Too much tension with Prince William

Officially, the couple need more space to raise their first child, coming for spring 2019, but persistent rumors reveal that the real reason lies in the tensions that arose between princes William and Harry over the Duchess of Sussex.

Rumors of a possible move had been circulating at the Palace as early as early November and are now confirmed by a press release from Kensington Palace: "The Duke and Duchess of Sussex will move to Frogmore Cottage on the Windsor estate early next year to prepare for arrival of their first child ".

Prince Harry and his wife Meghan Markle will soon leave their apartments in Kensington Palace to move to the country residence adjacent to Windsor Castle granted to them by Queen Elizabeth II as a wedding gift, after the royal wedding celebrated on May 19th. Bigger than the Nottingham Cottage they live in now, and surrounded by greenery. An understandable choice for a young couple expecting a child on whom however the shadow of suspicion hangs: insistent rumors reveal that between William and Harry the tension is skyrocketing, and therefore the transfer of the younger Windsor and his exuberant American wife it was 'necessary' to restore order to the English royal family.

At the moment the Windsor brothers are in fact 'neighbors' in Kensington Palace, where they live in different apartments obtained from a single large property. William had the biggest one, while Harry in 2013 was awarded the so-called "Nott Cott", that is the Nottingham Cottage, perfect for the young prince while he is still single, defined as 'cozy' although not very spacious because it only counts two bedrooms. The Frogmore Cottage instead of rooms has as many as 10 and is also considered a special place by the Dukes of Sussex who took the official photos of the engagement here and organized their wedding party here. There are no images depicting the interiors but the residence can be visited in August in small groups of 15 people: in the video embeded above you can see some rooms and their paintings. According to People, the new home will have a nursery for Baby Sussex and a personal gym for the Duchess's daily yoga sessions. In addition, the town of Windsor is surrounded by green English countryside and is only 48km from London, a perfect setting for raising a child in his early life. William and Kate also moved to the countryside when their eldest son George was small: precisely to Amner Hall on the Sandringham estate in Norfolk, near the base of the East Anglian Air Ambulance where William served. They remained there until the little prince was enrolled at the prestigious Thomas's Battersea School in central London.

Could Kensington Palace not be large enough to house Prince Harry and his family? The space is there, but other royals have occupied it first. The largest apartment - the one Harry and Meghan probably wanted for them - is inhabited by the Duke of Gloucester (the Queen's cousin) and his wife. A 20-room residence that the elder dukes have lived in since the 1950s and which originally formed a single property with Will and Kate's apartment, similar in size to it. Apartment n. 10 is instead occupied 'for rent' by Prince and Princess Michael of Kent: it has only five bedrooms because the other 5 rooms are intended for receptions and since 2008 it has cost the prince 10 thousand pounds a month. Then there are the annexes to the palace, distributed in its large park: in addition to Harry and Meghan's Nottingham Cottage there is the Wren House where the Dukes of Kent reside and the Ivy Cottage where Eugenia of York and her husband Jack moved Brooksbank after the wedding, celebrated on 12 October 2018. But they too may decide to move soon to a larger residence with the idea of starting a family.

In recent weeks, the scaffolding that protected a wing of the building, which was subject to a lengthy renovation costing 1.4 million pounds, had been removed at Kensington Palace. Money that had already been charged to the couple Harry and Meghan because it was thought the works were intended to create a new apartment for them but obviously the plans were different. Or maybe they quickly changed.

Persistent rumors say that Harry and Meghan's decision to leave Kensington Palace has to do with William and Kate: an 'escape' to distance themselves from the 'perfect family' that resides in the largest apartment in the building: 20 rooms spread over four floors with great views over Hyde Park. The problem lies not so much in the unfair distribution of square meters between the two brothers as in the distance created between the two due to "Hurricane Meghan", or the new American wife of the young prince.

According to the tabloid The Sun, the tension between William and Harry has skyrocketed in the last month, after the scandalous resignations of some staff members of the Dukes of Sussex and the arrival of much worse news: the United States taxman he may soon claim to poke his nose into the personal assets of Prince Charles of England and Queen Elizabeth because they provide support and funding to a couple made up, in fact, of a British and an American citizen. As such, Meghan Markle must continue to pay taxes in her home country by declaring all new "income," including gifted jewelry, travel expenses and royal accommodation. A 'nuisance' that the royal family would have gladly done without, and Prince Harry has no choice but to pay the price with exile.
