Prince Harry is obsessed with Meghan Markle, according to biographer Andrew Morton
The writer is preparing a new book about the American actress, who is about to join the British Royal Family
Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are just over a month away to celebrate their wedding, an act that will make the American actress a new member of the British Royal Family. That is why Andrew Morton, author of the biography "Diana: her true story" has already in the press his new book: "Meghan: A Hollywood Princess".
Morton signed one of the most controversial biographies of Diana of Wales and now assures that Isabell II's grandson "is obsessed with Meghan in the same way that Edward VIII was obsessed with Wallis Simpson." Prince Harry has always been very protective of his fiancee because "being part of the Royal Family is hard work and I knew she could have been scared."
For his novel, as he explains in "El PaĆs", Morton has interviewed Meghan's relatives, friends and even teachers, and assures that most have spoken of her in a positive way. Among the minority who do not have good memories of Markle is her first husband, Trevor Engelson, who is still angry at the way the actress chose to break up their marriage.
The biographer believes that the most surprising thing about the couple's love story is "how quickly they connected" since their first date, in July 2016 in London. Now Meghan has a lot of work ahead of her, especially when it comes to keeping quiet about her political views: "She has been much more outspoken than Kate Middleton and from now on she has to be careful about that."
They prefer donations than gifts
Meanwhile, seemingly oblivious to what is being said about their relationship, Meghan Markle and Prince Harry continue their wedding preparations.
The latest news in this regard is the request of the couple not to give them wedding gifts, since they prefer that this money be used for charity. A gesture that the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge have already had, raising more than a million pounds.
