Prince William presents his fiancee Catherine Middleton and gives her the ring of his mother Princess Diana
At Saint James's Palace in London, Prince William and his fiancee Catherine Middleton appeared before the press. The bride-to-be received the engagement ring (a sapphire set with 14 diamonds) that was once worn by Princess Diana.
The prince and his fiancee said they were very happy. The request came about in a “natural way” during a recent vacation in Kenya. The wedding is scheduled for Spring / Summer 2011 in London. Regarding the choice of the engagement ring, Prince William explained that "
