Ivanka Trump moves from Washington to a millionaire Miami apartment
Ivanka Trump, Jared Kushner and their children are moving from Washington DC to Florida to start a new chapter in their lives, following the change of presidential administration in the United States.
Like her father and brothers, the businesswoman will reside in Florida, but in a luxurious apartment by the sea while they build her mansion in the famous Millionaire Bunker that she bought in late 2020 for $ 31.8 million dollars in Indian Creek, one of the most exclusive municipalities in the world.
According to reports, the former presidential advisers signed a one-year lease on a condo in one of Miami's most sought-after buildings on the waterfront at Arte Surfside.
The Wall Street Journal released this information from sources close to the family who assured that the building is one of the most expensive complexes in Surfside with an average rent of almost $ 47 thousand per month.
It is in this neighborhood that Ivanka and Jared sold their penthouse last month for $ 33 million to a private New York businessman.
The paparazzi captured the moment when packers filled a couple of trucks with the couple's last belongings from their $ 5.5 million home in Washington DC.
It is said that the Kushner Trump family is already in the still unfurnished apartment, waiting for all their things to arrive to settle in temporarily.
WSJ suggested that it is no coincidence that Ivanka chose Surfside Art, as one of the resort's developers is a friend and partner of Donald Trump, who helped build the Trump Soho condo-hotel in New York in 2008.

Although it is not known exactly which unit was rented by Ivanka, it is known that they all have characteristics in common.
The apartment is located in a 12-story building with 16 units of different sizes ranging from 3,150 to 7,550 square feet with between three and five bedrooms.
The units are covered and equipped with Roman travertine ceilings, European white oak floors, Poliform cabinets, Italian marble countertops, appliances, terraces that surround the entire apartments.
Some of the amenities the condo offers are: a private rooftop tennis court, an indoor heated pool, sauna, steam room, meditation pond, resident lounge, catering kitchen, and a children's playroom.
There are also private parking lots with temperature control, direct entry by elevator with fingerprint recognition, and 24-hour security teams, although Ivanka will not make much use of this last service, since they will hire their personal security themselves.
The price of a condo at Art Surfside ranges from $ 8 million to $ 15 million.

The former first daughter and her husband left a farewell message on social media last Tuesday, hours before the official administration change.
