Tiffany Trump and her distant relationship with her father
The youngest of Donald Trump's daughters does not have a very close bond with her father, according to “People” magazine. Tiffany grew up in Los Angeles with her mother, Marla, and since Donald took office, they have hardly spoken.
For a person to feel uncomfortable in the presence of Donald Trump should not admire anyone. The surprising thing, actually, would be if it wasn't. But that this person is one of his daughters is, at least, curious. This is the case of Tiffany Trump, the fourth daughter of Donald Trump, the only fruit of his second marriage to Marla Maples. Tiffany grew up far removed from her father, as she was raised in Los Angeles, thousands of miles from New York, where the now president of the United States built his empire.
Twenty-four-year-old Tiffany moved to Washington last year, where she is studying law at the prestigious Georgetown University. Yet despite the geographic proximity to her father's residence, according to a source cited by People magazine, she almost never speaks to the president.
In 2016, Tiffany was part of Trump's campaign for the presidency, and she even gave a speech at the Republican convention that year supporting the candidacy of the now president.
Days later, she told the press that she had a good relationship with her father, “even though we don't always talk. In fact, I keep the school notebooks in which he left me messages of encouragement ”. Now, everything seems to indicate that these statements were part of a strategy to convey the image of a concerned father and devoted to his daughter despite the distance. An image that does not match reality.
A new break
In our last edition we had talked about the divorce of Donald Trump Jr. from Vanessa Trump, but, as has been confirmed these days, it has not been the only break in the family. It turns out that Tiffany Trump has also split from her boyfriend, Ross Mechanic, with whom she was in a relationship two years ago.
According to the Page Six portal, a source close to the couple mentioned that “the relationship had become quite serious, but they quietly separated last year. It was all in the wake of moving to Washington, because Ross didn't want her to go there without him, since he lives in New York. He wanted to be with her twenty-four hours, seven days a week, and with Tiffany in another city it was a big conflict, so they decided to go her separate ways. "
Apparently, the relationship between Tiffany and Ross was not easy either because he was a self-confessed activist for the causes of the Democratic Party, something that Donald Trump did not like at all. In fact, Tiffany recently "liked" a post in which Ross supported the huge march in favor of controlling the sale of arms - one of the most massive in the history of the United States - something with which that the American president absolutely disagrees. With the separation in tow, the president will not have to worry about the opinions of his now ex-minister.
