Tiffany Trump May Join the Rest of the Trumps and Escape to Florida
A source says the second-youngest Trump “truly thought her father would win a second term.”
The whole Trump family’s postpresidential plan appears to be taking the city of Miami by storm. Ivanka Trump and Jared Kushner recently bought a $30 million vacant lot in the super-exclusive “Billionaire’s Bunker” enclave, conveniently located right down the street from Kushner’s brother, Josh, and his pregnant wife—the Joe Biden–supporting supermodel Karlie Kloss—who also purchased a $23.5 million Miami mansion in August. Even Donald and Melania Trump are more than likely going to have to find a new place to live come January 20 after some of the president’s Palm Beach neighbors wrote a stern letter stating he’s not legally allowed to inhabit his beloved Mar-a-Lago property full-time. And now Tiffany Trump is also said to be looking to put down more permanent roots in the state.
According to Page Six, the recent Georgetown Law graduate is interested in buying a condo or house in Miami’s South Beach, a neighborhood known for its nightlife scene. Tiffany has already been living in the area for a few months, staying at the “swanky and very expensive” Setai Hotel with her boyfriend of two years, Michael Boulos, the son of a wealthy and well-connected family in Nigeria. She’s also already been enjoying some of the attractions her new home has to offer, partaking in a multi-day party for her 27th birthday in October that saw her and a group of friends hopping from one maskless, indoor celebration to the next. Over the weekend she and Boulos also joined Israeli singer Omer Adam at the SAAM Lounge at SLS Brickell, where they enjoyed cocktails and light bites.
“Tiffany has been viewing properties in South Beach with Michael, but she is planning to buy herself,” a source told the outlet. “She hasn’t decided on her next career move. She truly thought her father would win a second term and she’d continue as part of the first family. She became more involved with the family and politics during his last campaign.” But with her father now potentially facing a second impeachment, this could be the perfect moment for Tiffany to put that new law degree to the test.
