Tiffany Trump, surprise guest of Melania and Donald Trump at the White House
Tiffany Trump, a recent law graduate, was reportedly invited to the White House by her father in order to congratulate her in person. A timely family reunion, in other words when certain rumors are pressing ...
This May, Tiffany Trump is among the students at Georgetown University to graduate from law school. Due to the coronavirus pandemic that is particularly rampant in the United States, the graduation was canceled and everything happened virtually. Anyway, this Wednesday, May 20, Donald Trump congratulated his daughter, whom he had with Marla Maples, on Twitter, by posting the following message: “Congratulations to my daughter, Tiffany, on her law degree of Georgetown. A great student in a great school. All I needed was to have a lawyer in my family. I'm proud of you Tiff! He wrote, with an undisguised hint of irony.
Kate Bennett, a political reporter at CNN, said Tiffany Trump had "been invited to the White House by her father so that he could congratulate her in person." A way also for his dad to silence the rumors about his will. Indeed, a 2005 interview has been unearthed in which some see it as a terrible confession by the businessman.
"Tiffany and her father sometimes did not speak to each other for months"
In this interview obtained in 2017 by Newsweek, Donald Trump allegedly implied that two of his children were trying to remove Tiffany Trump from the will, Tiffany Trump then being considered the ugly duckling of the tribe. And since his father’s inauguration, their relationship has not improved. In the American magazine People in 2018, a source confided: "Since the nomination, Tiffany and her father have sometimes not spoken for months and she has spent a lot of time without seeing him". A time that now seems to be over.
A White House official tells me Tiffany Trump has been invited to the White House today by her dad so he can congratulate her in person. https://t.co/bfuQ7cn9xx
