What does Melania Trump eat and Donald's favorite foods

What does Melania Trump eat? What are Donald Trump's favorite foods? Judging from the aesthetic aspect, they follow a diametrically opposite diet and, apparently, from their statements it seems so. Melania is 47 years old, she is a wonderful woman, a former model who has certainly been helped a lot by Mother Nature, but who certainly takes care of her body, her nutrition and her well-being. Melania and Donald follow very different lifestyles: she is balanced and always at a controlled regime, a lover of junk food, he who never misses an opportunity to be photographed with hamburgers, fries and fried chicken.

Melania stated that in the morning she drinks a fruit and vegetable based smoothie to which she adds low-fat yogurt, extra virgin olive oil, flaxseed, Omega-3 and vitamin D. Her favorite smoothie is made with spinach, juice. orange and yogurt, to be prepared and enjoyed on the spot to fill up on vitamins and mineral salts. During the day the First Lady consumes 7 portions of fresh fruit, for lunch and dinner she prefers cooked and raw vegetables, white meats and fish, all cooked without fat. Occasionally Melania indulges in some gluttony, shares her passion for chocolate and ice cream with her husband, and among her favorite dishes is chicken parmigianino, chicken (presumably chicken breast) served with tomato and stringy cheese, a dish from the Jean George restaurant in Manhattan.

Donald Trump instead pursues his battle to support US companies, for him American buying and eating is essential for the country's economy, and therefore he eats, and has had himself portrayed, while consuming the fried chicken of the KFC chain and the classic Big Mac with fries. His favorite breakfast is the traditional one with fried eggs and bacon and his favorite dish is meatloaf. Meatloaf is not an off-limits dish for us in Italy, but because we make it starting from the meat and adding the seasonings, in America it is a ready-made dish made with processed meat (like nugghets, to understand each other!) In which we finally eat a tasty dough that has little to do with real meat.

Trump can eat whatever he wants, but it would be wise for him to stop inviting people to consume junk food, especially in America where the culture of healthy food is practically non-existent, if not among the rich.
