19th Century Novel Starring 'Baron Trump' Fuels Crazy Conspiracy Theory

Once upon a time Baron Trump's Marvelous Underground Journey ... (Baron Trump's Marvelous Underground Journey). If it was not Jules Verne who wrote these extraordinary adventures, it was at the same time - in 1893 - that this tale written by the American Ingersol Lockwood was published. It recounts the journey of a little boy - Baron Trump - who leaves his castle for Russia alongside his mentor, Don, known as "the master of all masters". He discovers in this country portals to travel in time.

This sort of wonderful and initiatory tale for (grown-up) children does not appear so trivial to some observers: Couldn't Baron Trump and Don simply be Barron Trump and his father, Donald Trump, the President of the United States? United ? For followers of the conspiracy theory, it is impossible to doubt, it is not a simple coincidence that the Trump family could travel in time. On the social network Reddit, the conspirators are convinced that the Trumps have this power thanks to John Trump, the President's uncle who is an engineer. This would - of course - have focused on the study of Time.

To further disturb the spirits, it turns out that the American author Lockwood had written in 1841 a political satire entitled 1990: Or, The Last President. The pitch? On November 3, 1896, New York City took to the streets to protest the election of the next President of the United States.

Trump: Anticipation Novel Published in 1893 Maddens Conspirators

Ingersoll Lockwood's tale, written in the 19th century, chronicles the adventures of a little boy, Baron Trump, traveling to Russia alongside his mentor named Don. The American president is called Donald Trump. His son, Barron. Coincidence? Some Internet users do not believe it ...

In 1893, a man named Ingersoll Lockwood, an American lawyer and writer, published a novel, Baron Trump's Marvelous Underground Journey. In 2017, his children's book was in the hands of conspirators.

At the start, it's a great story. Innocent, even. That of a little boy who goes to Russia, where he discovers magical portals allowing him to travel through time. But a learning novel can only be complete if it has the figure of the mentor, the guide, the advisor. In this tale, the latter is called ... Don. This first name is of course reminiscent of that of the American President, Donald Trump.

An element which the followers of the plot seized. The “master of all masters” of the little boy is therefore called “Don”. But the little boy is called "Baron", like Donald Trump's son (except for a letter). And then the child goes to Russia. All of this coincides so well with the present that it is impossible for some to doubt: the Trump family can travel through time.

Baron Trump's tale, soon in the cinema?

In any case, this is the theory of the conspirators who were unleashed throughout the month of July on the social network Reddit. They are convinced that the Trump family has this power thanks to John Trump, engineer and uncle of the president. According to Internet users, John Trump would have got his hands on the work of Nikola Tesla, electronic engineer and physicist. And, of course, his research would have focused primarily on the study of time. Big deal!

Thus, everything would be true: the little boy in the tale would be very real. It would be Barron, the son of Donald Trump. The master of the fable, whose real name is Don Constantino Bartolomeo Strepholofidgeguaneriusfum, would be the President of the United States “himself”. And both would be well able to time travel. And this, thanks to John Trump, Donald's uncle, who would know the secret to defying the limits of time, although this has never been proven. One of the internet users even identified another family member in the story, Ivanka, Donald Trump's daughter, through the character of Ivan.

This interpretation of Lockwood's novel has in any case seduced the director Leigh Schott, displayed support of Donald Trump. The latter proposes to adapt the books to the cinema. In a video on YouTube, he explains: “At first, I thought like everyone else that it was a hoax but I did some research. And it turns out that these books really exist and contain a multitude of references to the times in which we live ”.

The Last President, a political satire on Donald Trump

Convinced, Leigh Schott continues: “Making such a film would allow us to seize this incredible opportunity: to make the media go crazy. Doing something so bizarre, yet professional and unique, would prevent them from completely ignoring it ”. The filmmaker has created a platform on which interested people are invited to participate financially in the development of this project. Leigh Schott adds: "We all know that if anyone had discovered a book called The Fabulous Adventures of Little Chelsea Clinton, Hollywood studios would immediately have called on Tim Burton and Johnny Depp."

Even the most skeptical concede that the parallels multiply. In 1841, this famous Lockwood author wrote a political satire, 1990: Gold, The Last President. The first pages open on the city of New York, in revolt, on November 3, 1896. Against all expectations, a candidate for election by the name of Bryan has just been nominated to be the next President of the United States. Residents take to the streets on Fifth Avenue to express their anger: “In less than half an hour, troops of police were rushing into the street, shouting, 'Stay home. Close your doors tight. and barricade yourself. The whole of the eastern part of the city is in a state of violent agitation. "" Facts which recall the demonstrators marching in New York, Chicago, Washington or even Boston, expressing their indignation, following the election of Donald Trump. To be continued in the next chapter ...
