Britain may not forgive Harry for his treatment of the royal family

Prince Harry can feel the effects this week has on him for decades to come. Will his family's conflicts ever be resolved?

For the ninth day in a row, British papers on Wednesday will be fully delivered to the most important story in Blighty right now: The sad and tragic proverb of Harry and Meghan, Duke and Duchess of Sussex. (Chip and chip wrap has never looked the same for so many days in the end…)

The global collapse from their fiery Oprah Winfrey TV interview, two hours of nuclear bombs wrapped in soft light and lip gloss, continues to dominate not only in the UK but in international affairs.

However, there is another thing to focus on: The world may now know their truth, but you will not free them.

Instead: they opened Pandora's box.

Harry and Meghan have now set the stage for what will be - possibly forever - a clear account of how things went so smoothly from the railroad. The palace was tried in a public hearing on TV and was found guilty of serious wrongdoing.

After 13 months of trans-Atlant-tit-for-tatting in the media, frequent arguments in the press over unknown sources and friends whispering in the ears of journalists, the battle is finally over.

There has been - and probably will continue to be - a burning river of sympathy for the duo and their shocking treatment at the hands of the royal family.

But if there is one thing the monarchy is very good at taking a long view and even today the question is, Harry and Meghan may have won this battle but they also shot themselves in the foot?

Back in Blighty, while the public may now be looking at Buckingham Palace with their fingers in the new, awesome eyes, there is also the impression that Harry and Meghan have just done something unbelievable.

In the decision to discard the explosive revelation after being disclosed in the public domain, they not only took a few well-aimed shots at Buckingham Palace but, by advertising, almost destroyed it.

(Georgia's behemoth did not fall under direct fire as German bombs exploded in 1940 and during that time, bombs destroyed only the palace.)

What should not be debated here is not how dirty - if not horribly bad - the laundry that Harry and Meghan are just spreading but what they may have done by accident in deciding to do so.

Overnight, the court finally handled the situation, setting up a very clear, three-sentence statement contradicting the magnitude of the allegations.

While in the US, public opinion - on the other side of politics - is on the corner of Sussex, back in the UK the public remains unfriendly to the couple (with only 22 percent of respondents in YouGov surveyed, after Oprah, they deserved more sympathy than the Queen). In another development, a survey found that 51 percent of Brits thought Harry and Meghan should lose their degrees.

What kind of reception can they expect when they return to Blighty?

Harry, speaking to Oprah, referred to the UK as "home" but it seems hard to imagine that crowds of fans hoisting the flag would be on their way home from Heathrow the day he returned across the Lake.

The Emperor is expected to stand next to his brother William on July 1 so that the brothers can present a portrait of Diana, Princess of Wales to the Kensington Palace on the occasion of her 60th birthday.

How are they going to get rid of any kind of chummy front given to Harry's wife who just blames William's wife for making her cry? (Also on International Women's Day too.) Harry said of his brother, "I love William bidding" - but this brother is also being trained to manage the facility that Harry has just put in the boot with a blood test.

In her relationship with her father Charles, she said she felt "disappointed". There is no such thing as telling 17 million Americans how hard your dad is playing to start improving things with an older Pa.

They may not have shown the Queen carefully but everyone around her went straight into the fire.

They argued that they respected and loved the Supreme Being but continued to abuse her family and royalty at a time when her 73-year-old husband had spent three weeks in hospital and heart surgery. With this in the past, will the Brits ever forgive Harry?

And what about personal, private autonomy? Prior to the interview, the Queen, Charles, Sussex and Cambridges all had a long, long road to travel to deal with the events and trauma of recent years. That project became strategically difficult after the Duke and Duchess' truth came out.

The idea that Harry might one day be able to stand on the balcony of the Buckingham Palace surrounded by his family at the heart-wrenching show of unity now seems ridiculous.

Harry and Meghan can be victims here but also, knowingly or not, throw themselves into the wilderness. (The Lord knows why we get everything the Bible says today but it has been a long week.)

Similarly, if Sussex had hoped that by unloading the load on Oprah, who wore a head-scratching head for two hours while withdrawing a reported $ 9.1 million exit, they would be drawing a line under this horrible chapter they would be in for a rude shock.

Already, Oprah has appeared on US TV to say directly that it was not Queen or Prince Philip who raised (as Meghan relates) "concerns and discussions about how dark her skin could be when she was born". By not including these two words, supremo entertainment has thus shed more suspicion on Charles and thus ensured that this will get a much bigger message.

Similarly, additional aerial videos were released by CBS after the interview, confirming that this particular squall will only grow in the coming days.

However, let's not forget this week and next, even next month. Take a long look at whether Sussex 'will eventually' win 'ready for debate.

Exhibit A: Diana, Princess of Wales's bombshell 1995 interview with the BBC in which Kohl-eyed introduced what may be the most famous line in the history of the 20th century, saying "we were three in a marriage".

After 23 million Brits joined her to watch her speak openly about her plight and the sad reality of the Welsh marriage, the nation's position was unanimous: The Daily Mirror found that 92 percent of Brits supported her rhetoric while the magnificent Times found that 67 percent thought Diana he was right about interviewing 70 percent of the people he said he thought should be given the role of international ambassador.

However, what began to look like a princess's fire began to disintegrate. His remarks highlighted moving events he reportedly did not see and eventually led to his breakup with Prince Charles.

One month before her death in 1997 she told former Vanity Fair organizer Tina Brown that she would return to Charles with a heart if she wanted him.

Such was the case with the robber after the interview when the palace removed the withdrawal of his style as Her Royal Highness in the couple's divorce, an act that deeply hurt him.

His then private secretary Patrick Jephson revealed that the princess continued to regret her decision to do the interview. "I think the scales fell from his eyes and all of a sudden what was either a revolution or a bold… suddenly in broad daylight didn't look like such a good idea," he said.

Johnson also said he regrets abandoning himself as a "victim".

“She was in a position to become a therapist, not a victim. He could have come from a stronger position. ”

This week’s events are in striking similarities.

Harry and Meghan have unquestionably identified themselves as victims of a cold-hearted monarchy. That might be the dress they are happily wearing now but it will also define them and make them doves as they begin their Stateside life and careers?

As Pandora found it so tragic, opening some boxes can have serious, destructive, and unexpected consequences. Now that their cases of racism and atrocities are still pending, this will never happen again.

Welcome to the Desert, Harry and Meghan. You may be here too long.
