It seems that the American president was surprised with a pack of cigarettes in his hand in a photo posted on Instagram by the spokesperson for Matteo Renzi, who has a habit of revealing behind the scenes of power.
The president's groupies are upside down, no longer know who to believe or what saint to turn to, Michelle Obama had nevertheless claimed that her husband had been clean since 2010.

Hours after the photo was published and the comments started to rain, the White House denied: "These are not cigarettes," said Josh Earnest, the spokesperson, without further explanation. Obama's break with his smoking was particularly observed by the press in 2011.
