MELANIA TRUMP UNVEILS THE NEW WHITE HOUSE CHRISTMAS DECOR (AND IT IS AWESOME)
The White House is decked out for the holidays under the patriotic theme 'the Spirit of America' and the first lady shares it on social networks.
After spending the Thanksgiving holiday in Florida, Melania Trump has returned to the White House to inaugurate this year's Christmas decorations.
The official YouTube account of the White House has published a new video that shows the different rooms of the Trump residence decorated for Christmas. Thus, the first lady of the United States begins the month of December and her particular advent calendar in the form of a model of the White House.
Donald Trump's wife also revealed the name and theme of the 2019 decoration through her official Twitter account: "'The Spirit of America' shines in the White House! I am delighted to share this beautiful display of patriotism with everyone, and excited for everyone to experience the beauty of the holiday season! "

The theme is reflected in different ornaments, such as stars and stripes, small American flags hanging from the trees, the colors chosen for some of the trees or mentions to all the states that make up your nation.
The video, less than a minute long, shows Melania with a cream-colored total look consisting of a coat, dress and stilettos, going through the different rooms of the house and adding the last touches, such as adding fake snow on the branches of trees, or straightening flowers around the fireplace.
The first lady has taken the opportunity to campaign for her Be Best project, focused on children to teach them the importance of social, emotional and physical health, and focused on three pillars: well-being, use of social networks and opioid abuse. As a nod to this initiative, hanging from one of the trees that adorn the house is a small Scrabble sign where you can read Be Best, along with other ornaments typical of children's games, such as card games or dominoes.
Last year's Christmas design was mocked by social media users who associated the huge red trees with the attire of the protagonists of the novel and series El Cuento de la Criada. However, it seems this year is getting better reviews.
A day before the publication of this year's video, the wife of the US president thanked all the volunteers on Twitter for being "working hard in the White House" and for going through "our great nation to decorate the House of the People. ".
Volunteers are hard at work at the @WhiteHouse. Thank you to all who came all across our great nation to decorate the People’s House. Looking forward to view it tomorrow evening! #ChristmasWhiteHouse🎄 pic.twitter.com/SUhhXr4DD7
