Melania Trump chose Christian Dior for her wedding dress.
After seven years of relationship, Melania and Donald Trump were married in Florida and to celebrate, the couple had a wedding that cost approximately one million dollars. Melania chose the Christian Dior firm, which at that time was directed by John Galliano, to make the dress of her dreams.
The design in which the white satin stood out, the embroidery and some pleats that generated different shapes, was tailor-made for her. This work of art weighed more than 23 kilos and took 550 hours to make.
The price the Trumps paid for the dress is £ 80,000 while Kate Middleton's was designed by Sarah Burton for Alexander McQueen and cost just over £ 40,000.
