Remember that 'mild kidney intervention'? Well, it could be a VERY different thing.
During the past month of May Melania Trump disappeared for a few weeks from public life on account of a 'delicate' but mild kidney operation. The First Lady, she remained hospitalized - although her husband took great care of her not to visit her in the hospital - for several days in a military medical center and then she kept rest in the White House until her full recovery. Everything so far normal - although her absence became too long and mysterious for many - except that the reason that led Melania to the operating room would just be revealed, which was not so much for health as for aesthetics. Thus, some media assure that it was not her kidney that she operated on but that she underwent a breast augmentation. And a video would prove it.
She has never spoken - nor will she speak - about them but it is more than confirmed that Melania has undergone some cosmetic retouching. Her face has changed a lot in the last two decades and it doesn't seem like it's just the result of the passage of time: facial fillers, profile reshaping or rhinopalsty seem to have passed through her face. And it turns out that also because of her chest, which could be much more voluminous than when Donald Trump took office from him. And everything would coincide with that kidney operation that would have turned out not to be such.
Let's see, time would confirm that this has really happened: her intervention on her kidney took place in mid-May. Normally, and if there are no complications, a breast augmentation operation has a fairly quick recovery (they usually discharge you a few hours after it) although the real results are not seen until several weeks later. That is to say, during the first days her chest is swollen and it takes time until it is as desired.

Many will ask, why does a First Lady, when she is supposed to have a very busy schedule, cancel everything to have a cosmetic surgery operation? Let's be kind to her: maybe she already had implants and, as all those who have them should do, it was time to change them for new ones (in addition to solving the kidney problem that she might have). And, of course, taking advantage of the occasion, she took the opportunity to increase her volume a little. Why not? Since you are under general anesthesia, optimize it.
