His family's roots are based in the hills of northern Lebanon and span decades and continents.
Her mother suffered tremendous grief with the loss of seven family members in the space of a few days.
MailOnline spoke to Michael's mogul's father, Dr Massad Boulos. The latter told the story of the family and expressed his joy at the idea of Michael's upcoming marriage to Tiffany.
"This is great news, it is an amazing love story and it will continue to be," he said.
A longtime Republican, he says Trump has been "the best president in recent US history, and the most accomplished by far." It is just a chapter that they are now entering on a long journey of love and prosperity."

According to Massad, Fares (the actor son), now 30, inherited his mother's artistic bent, while Michael has always been more inclined to take the reins of the family business.
“He's always been brilliant in school and good with people - both have been - but Fares got into acting early on,” he said.
There are also two younger sisters: Oriane, 20, and Sophie, 8.
Michael's mother is called Sarah Fadoul. She is the daughter of the magnate Zouhair Fadoul. The Fadoul group now has interests in 13 African countries, particularly in the construction, sale, assembly and maintenance of vehicles, from cars to earthmoving machines and tractors.
The tragedy
Sarah, who has French nationality through her mother, moved to Nigeria and founded the Society for the Performing Arts in Nigeria (SPAN). But in 2003, when Michael was only six years old, a devastating double tragedy shattered the family to its roots, taking seven members of his family.
First, her aunt and uncle died in a house fire caused by faulty Christmas tree lights.
Then, on Christmas Day, five other members of Sarah's family, including her mother and brother, who were flying from Cotonou, Benin, to Beirut for the funeral, were also killed when their charter flight crashed. crashed on take off.
"It was a terrible tragedy for the whole family," Massad recalled. Michael was 6 at the time.
