Kim Kardashian and Kanye West divorce: why the war will not take place
After Kim Kardashian filed for divorce, Kanye West officially responded to the mother of his four children. And obviously, they are on the same wavelength.
They divorce and no longer speak to each other, but the war will not take place. This is what we see in the light of Kanye West's response to Kim Kardashian on the terms of the divorce, which she officially requested two months ago. According to information from TMZ, the 43-year-old rapper wants joint custody of their four children, North (7), Saint (5), Chicago (3) and Psalm (soon 2), as has does the reality TV star.
This will allow them to avoid a long procedure and more easily find an agreement for custody. “That doesn't automatically mean a 50/50 split and Kim is likely to get the lion's share. They will surely find an arrangement, "said TMZ.
Irreconcilable disputes
According to the documents sent to the court, Kanye West also confirms that no child support will be paid. Another point on which he agrees with Kim Kardashian, as on the legal costs that each will pay on his side. Yeezy, whose mental health worries, cited "irreconcilable differences" as grounds for divorce, and also asks for a division of property, as required by the marriage contract signed in 2014 by the couple at the head of a colossal fortune of several billion dollars.
Their four children are therefore unlikely to see their parents tear themselves apart despite the breakup and the distance that now separates them: Kim Kardashian still resides in California, while Kanye West spends most of his time in Wyoming.
