The star referred to her ex-husband Kris Humphries and future ex-husband Kanye West. "My marriage to Kanye and my children is so real and loving, and for me it was like my first real marriage," Kim explained in a heartbreaking moment.
While Kimye's marital problems were documented on the E! Reality show, especially in the series' explosive finale, Kim still has an "incredible shared parenting relationship" with Kanye. "I respect him very much," she stated. "That was my friend, first and foremost, for a long time. So I can't see that go away. I will always be Kanye's biggest fan. He is the father of my children. He will always be my family."
Kim decided not to open up too much about the details of why she filed for divorce, but she explained that it was not "a specific thing" but a "difference of opinion" in general. "In no way would I want someone to not think that I did not give everything or did not try," added the mother of four.
As for Kim's other high-profile KUWTK relationship with Kris Humphries, it was clear that her family did not approve of it.
Kris Jenner even encouraged Kim to be a 'runaway bride' the night before her $ 10 million wedding to hers in 2011. "I said, 'Listen, if you really don't want to do this, I don't think you should. '". Kris remembered telling Kim before her big day.
Kim clarified, "What you told me is, 'Go. I'll put you in a car. No one will find you. Just leave and I'll take care of it."
