Meghan and Harry's trademark application for new nonprofit Archewell rejected
Meghan Markle and Prince Harry's trademark application for their new nonprofit Archewell has been rejected.
According to El Sol, there were several reasons for this, including that the former royals did not sign the application, it was "too vague" and they did not pay all the required fees.
The couple filed the application on March 3 with the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
After the review process, his attorney notified Meghan and Harry of the number of changes that need to be made before August 22; otherwise, the request will be “abandoned”.
They reportedly delayed the launch of their organization after moving to Los Angeles, USA, amid the coronavirus pandemic.
Her new organization aims to offer emotional support groups, a multimedia educational empire, and a wellness website.
The couple announced their charity in April, named after their one-year-old son, Archie.
