In early April 2019, Kim Kardashian threw her enemies for another loop when she revealed that due to her growing interest in criminal justice reform, she is studying to become a lawyer.
Although Kardashian never attended college, California, the state where she resides, is one of the few states in the nation that allows applicants to become attorneys as apprentices at an established law firm.
Kardashian will have to take a series of rigorous exams as she completes her apprenticeship and is scheduled to take the infamous and difficult bar exam in 2022.
When the news was first revealed, many critics online took aim at Kardashian, saying that not only was she not 'smart enough' to become a lawyer, but the fact that she could become a lawyer without attending a formal university was unfair to the law. students who graduate from college every year.
