One hundred concerts in six months. At 61 years old, she is awarded a level of demand in staging it out of the ordinary.
In November she had to cancel her concerts in Boston and it is becoming more than evident that her claims are far beyond her physical limits. That she has stood up to him at her age is undeniable. She captures it in her enviable face and in her spectacular physical form, both sculpted of her with the blow of a scalpel and effort. As true as that she is not a two-hour after-dinner woman playing tute and that the only thing she embroiders is her music.

Almost 36 years after her controversial 'Like a Virgin' of hers, which made her the most controversial pop singer, Madonna is determined to remain just as explosive on stage. Her blonde ambition is excessive and there is more than one detail that has led us to take her for divine. She passed the menopause and, without knowing how, she seemed to avoid the ailments that accompany the woman when she begins to leave behind her 50: heart disease, cancer, diabetes or osteoporosis. We wondered then if her prancing onstage was enough to keep her weight at bay and poke fun at her fluid retention. More than one of her fans enlisted in pole dance without even remotely achieving the same result.

Does she not have emotional disorders? Her concerts are pure delirium, with a waste of dancers and technological display, lights and music. She so she has shown it this week at the Lisbon Coliseum. She is grateful for her enthusiasm, but her audience does not expect more risks from her than a very well-behaved age allows. The bill could be very expensive. If she admitted it, she would surely avoid the image of a bowed artist. She has banned cell phones from her upcoming concerts and she says it is for her fans to fully enjoy the show. Extravagance or another symptom of that phobia of exposing her frailty as a woman in her sixties?
