After-Parties of the Met Gala 2021: All the looks you did not see on the red carpet
What's better than a Met Gala look? How about two?
The stars arrived at the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York on September 13 dressed to impress. The theme of the event was "In America: A Lexicon of Fashion".
From beautiful dresses and suits to stylish sweatshirts and incredible armor, there was a wide range of designs on the red carpet.
But after the dance was over, the guests did a quick costume change for the after-parties that followed. And if you thought her starting outfits were amazing, wait until you see these exquisite outfits.
There was Kendall Jenner's radiant red minidress and Lorde's gorgeous dress. Rihanna, who hosted her own star-studded after-party, was also able to get a bow for her look, and Kim Kardashian continued to make the internet buzz with her ensemble. All in all, her after-party outfits served as a reminder that this is definitely the biggest night in fashion.

After wearing a custom Balenciaga look, complete with a matching mask and 75-inch ponytail, for the Met Gala, Kim Kardashian switched to a second fitted look for the after-party.
Kendall jenner
Kendall Jenner switched from a gorgeous nude Givenchy gown to a stunning red mini dress with a luxurious long train from the same fashion house. She combed her hair back into a classy ponytail and accessorized her look with strappy heels, a red handbag, and lots of glitter.
Rihanna & A $ AP Rocky
Rihanna always partied at the Met Gala with her looks, and this year was no different. RiRi arrived at the gala wearing a Balenciaga Couture piece, which she accessorized with Maria Tash jewelry, and A $ AP Rocky donned an ERL look. The couple continued to bring out the fierce fashion for their star-studded after-party at Davide.
Kaia Gerber & Jacob Elordi
Kaia Gerber walked hand in hand with Jacob Elordi as they headed to the post-gala gathering. Earlier in the evening, the model wore a black Oscar de la Renta dress. Next, she donned a see-through dress with black floral details. Meanwhile, the Euphoria actor kept his outfit cool and casual with a black shirt layered over a white T-shirt and blue jeans.
Lorde
Lorde changed out of her Bode outfit and donned a colorful dress for Rihanna's after-party.
Megan Fox & Machine Gun Kelly
Megan Fox hit the steps of the Metropolitan Museum of Art in new bangs, Lorraine Schwartz jewelry, and a red-hot Dundas dress. While Machine Gun Kelly was unable to join the actress due to a concert in Central Park, he did join her for the after-party. Fox wore a one-shoulder asymmetrical red mini dress, while MGK wore a rose-lined black jacket over a see-through shirt and black pants.
Shawn Mendes & Camila Cabello
My God! Shawn Mendes and Camila Cabello came to the after-party in style. The couple wore the Michael Kors collection on the red carpet. And while Shawn seemed to stick with his abs bare leather jacket and black pants later in the evening, Camila left in a whole new outfit, switching from her purple ensemble to a black blazer and striped shorts.
Ella Emhoff & Sam Hine
Ella Emhoff attended the Met Gala in a red diamond mesh gown with matching pants and sneakers. Then Vice President Kamala Harris' 22-year-old stepdaughter changed into a flowy red dress and stopped by at a party with her boyfriend, magazine editor Sam Hine.
Channing Tatum & Zoë Kravitz
Channing Tatum and Zoë Kravitz continued to fuel romance rumors at a Met Gala after-party. As they arrived at the dance separately, he in a tux and she in a rhinestone-covered YSL ensemble, walked side by side to the after-party in what appeared to be the same fancy clothes.
Winnie harlow
Winnie Harlow wore an Iris van Herpen bodysuit to the Met Gala and was later spotted in a fabulous and fierce dress at the Cathédrale restaurant.
Emily Blunt & Rita Ora
Wearing a look that would surely make Miranda Priestly proud, Emily Blunt arrived at the Standard Hotel's club, the Boom Boom Room, wearing the same custom Miu Miu outfit she wore on the red carpet. As for Rita Ora, she seemed to trade hers from her sparkling Prada design for a fabulous black suit with a glittery crop top.
Mary J. Blige
Fans have a real love for Mary J. Blige fashion. The nine-time Grammy winner dazzled in a gold Dundas gown and then turned heads in this pretty pink side cutout ensemble at Rihanna's after-party.
Karlie Kloss & Wes Gordon
Karlie Kloss seemed to like her Carolina Herrera dress by Wes Gordon so much that she decided to wear it to the after-party held at the Standard Hotel's club, the Boom Boom Room.
Justin Bieber
After sporting a suit from his own brand Drew House, Justin Bieber, who performed at the Met Gala, changed into a T-shirt and dark pants.
Hailey bieber
Of course, Hailey Bieber was there too. After dazzling Saint Laurent on the Met Gala red carpet, the model was ready to continue having the good times and she donned a little black dress. She was also carrying a bottle of 818 tequila from her friend Kendall of hers.
Lil Nas X
After changing into three outfits on the red carpet, the final outfit being a Versace bodysuit, Lil Nas X headed to Rihanna's after-party in a cool t-shirt.
Christian Siriano & Lili Reinhart
Earlier in the evening, Lili Reinhart wore a pink Christian Siriano floral dress. For Rihanna's after-party, the Riverdale star opted for an asymmetrical one-shoulder black dress.
Megan Thee Stallion
After dazzling in a pink Coach dress, Megan Thee Stallion wore a neon yellow minidress at Rihanna's party.
Ciara
If you thought Ciara's Dundas dress was a winner, wait until you see her look for the after-party. After winking at her husband Russell Wilson's jersey number in a dress that was in the Seattle Seahawks shade of green, the singer switched to a long-sleeved black number with a semi-sheer cut out front for after- party at the Boom Boom Room club at The Standard Hotel.
Charli D'Amelio
Although Charli D'Amelio was not at the Met Gala, she did make an appearance at the Standard Hotel's club, the Boom Boom Room, in a colorful, asymmetrical, one-shoulder minidress.
Brooklyn Beckham & Nicola Peltz
Brooklyn Beckham and Nicola Peltz were one of the first couples to hit the red carpet that night. After wearing a pink Valentino dress, she wore a strapless black dress to the party at the Standard Hotel's club, the Boom Boom Room.
