London has dressed up for the premiere of the latest James Bond film No Time to Die starring Daniel Craig, who takes the role of 007 for the last time. The Royal Albert Hall has unfolded, on Tuesday night, its red carpet for the long-awaited world premiere, after several postponements due to the coronavirus. Despite the rain, the event has managed to shine in all its splendor as it has united the glamor of Hollywood with the elegance and the British touch of the British royal family.
The Dukes of Cambridge, Prince William and Kate Middleton, attended accompanied by the heir to the British crown, Prince Charles, and his wife Camilla, Duchess of Cornwall. The actors who have participated in the film, Daniel Craig, Lashana Lynch, Ana de Armas, Rami Malek, Lea Seydoux, Ben Whishaw and Naomie Harris, among others, had previously paraded on that same carpet.
The Duchess of Cambridge has exceeded all expectations wearing a spectacular design from one of her signature brands: Jenny Packman. A suit of silver and gold sequins, with a pronounced neckline that formed a knot at the waist and from whose marked shoulder straps emerged a cape, the most striking detail of the design. She accompanied her look with an updo and gold earrings. Her elegance has made her steal the spotlight from the actors themselves.
Upon entering the theater, Kate Middleton has had a relaxed conversation with Daniel Craig and, immediately afterwards, has chatted with Lashana Lynch and the rest of the cast, as have her husband, William, Prince Charles and Camilla of Cornwall , who have attended the event in support of workers in the health sector and the armed forces, who have been invited to thank them for their efforts during the pandemic.
A military band played at the beginning of the act to receive the crowd of guests who have attended the premiere of the twenty-fifth installment of 007, which is directed by Kary Fukunama, and which will premiere in Spain next Friday, October 1.
Daniel Craig, who stood out at the premiere dressed in a pink velvet tuxedo, says goodbye to his character 007 after getting into his skin in five films. The actor recently declared with emotion that bringing this character to life "has been one of the greatest honors of my life."
The film marked the debut as a Bond girl for Ana de Armas. The Spanish-Cuban actress, who became known in Spain thanks to her role in El internado, plays Paloma, an inexperienced MI5 agent in Cuba, a role that was written specifically for her. It was Phoebe Waller-Bridge, a revelation screenwriter in television and cinema in recent years for her work on Fleabag and Killing Eve, who created the character for Ana at the request of the filmmaker who directs the film, Cary Fukunaga.
For the premiere, Ana has chosen a satin design in black, with a pronounced Louis Vuitton neckline that she has combined with high-heeled sandals. The actress thus continues her successful career in the United States.
Singer Billie Eilish is the performer of the song from the film, which bears the same name, No Time to Die. The 19-year-old artist has been accompanied by her brother, who works with her on her music. On this occasion, Billie has opted for a sober choice made up of a black sequin shirt to match pants and Gucci platforms.
Another of the stars of the night has been Rami Malek, who has become the villain of the film. He is without a doubt one of his most important roles after winning the Oscar in 2019 for his portrayal of Freddie Mercury in Bohemian Rapsody. The actor, of Egyptian origin, met Lucy Boynton during the filming of that biopic and in the last three years they have shown their love for red carpets, although this time he has preferred to go alone. Of course, he has posed and chatted with the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge and the entire cast of the film.
British actress Lashana Lynch, 33, has appeared in a colorful yellow dress, and Jason Momoa, 42, has posed as a proud father with his children as a result of his relationship with fellow actress Lisa Bonet: Lola, 14 , and Nakoa-Wolf, 12 years old. The actor does not appear in Agent 007's new film, but he is currently in London filming Aquaman and The Lost Kingdom, the sequel to the 2018 box office success, and he has not wanted to miss this great premiere, which has not been missed by Geri Halliwell, the former Spice Girl, who has been with her husband since 2015, racing driver Christian Horner.
