Fans began debating on social media about what could be the influence on the Calabasas businesswoman's fashion choice in recent weeks including her look for the MET.
Many of them suspected that Kanye West is responsible for her new wardrobe, as he was during their entire time together, when Kim began choosing sportswear and combining them with leather garments, extravagant shoes, and more.
And it is that the recent celebrity style changes have occurred after Kanye used full face covers to promote his Donda album of him.
Even during her last performance, Kim walked across the stage dressed as a bride, in a full white ensemble and a veil that covered her entire face.
As speculation raged online, a source confirmed to Page Six that Kanye was involved in choosing Kim and that they both wanted to make "a new subculture and fashion statement."
