The worst jobs of Hollywood celebrities
Like any of us, the most famous celebrities in Hollywood had to work hard before getting everything they have. Waiters, cashiers, donut vendors or UPS couriers are just a few of the jobs celebrities have had to do before they got their big break.
The service sector has been one of the main cradles of today's most famous actors and actresses. Some celebrities like Ben Stiller or Jennifer Aniston worked as waiters, while others like Cameron Díaz, Carmen Electra, Michelle Pfeiffer or Morgan Freeman worked as shop assistants or cashiers.
Far from their current job as actors, some famous people had to do real atrocities to get some money, as is the case of Asthon Kutcher who sold blood to pay for the car; while others were embarrassed by dressing up as chicken to promote a restaurant, as was the case with Brad Pitt; or they answered the phone at a whorehouse, as was the case with Courtney Love.
But not all jobs were embarrassing, some just seemed boring. In this job position were Daniel Craig, who worked for a time in a computer assembly chain; Michelle Rodríguez, who worked as a courier for UPS; or David Hasselhof, whose job as a commercial for a fire alarm company gave him the odd little trouble.
Some did not want to give up their dream and chose to carry out their work on the street, this was the case of Russell Crowe, who states that he was working as a street actor for a season, something that was very hard for him but that helped him to reaffirm himself in his idea of being an actor.
