Where Paris Hilton is today and why we don’t hear about her anymore
She doesn’t need to be. If she wanted fame, she can easily create more controversy or buy media coverage. People didn’t get bored of her. I work in marketing and I know how easy it is to dominate headlines if you don’t mind being controversial and especially if you have money. Content creators are always happy to publish click bait content because they’re desperate to please advertisers as their revenue streams are so unstable. Sure, the media always say they are publishing content for their audience and they might start off with their viewers in mind, but they need to eat too you know. The audience aren’t paying them, advertisers are.
Paris just can’t be bothered to entertain people she doesn’t know anymore if she doesn’t feel like it. Afterall, she started the sex tape trend which Kim Kardashian emulated after being under her tutelage. Paris had her fun and moved on. She doesn’t need the money and darkness that comes with fame. Look at her at 40. She is glowing, like she never aged since 20. Her peers like Lindsay Lohan and Britney Spears look like they have been ravaged by war. This video of her is just released few hours ago.
She doesn’t need to answer offensive and intrusive questions from interviewers just for views. She can engage in healthy, wholesome activities that utilize her creativity and that she enjoys without worrying about actual sales.
She tries many things - DJing, acting, singing, cooking, tech/virtual reality, producing, business empires of dozens of product lines (perfumes, etc), random hobbies (painting, dogs, cars, boytoys) and stops when she gets bored. She never had to endure that 10,000 hours to get really good at something that is why people think she is so talentless. Who cares about your opinion on how she is not good at anything? She doesn’t need your support or money as she quarantines herself with her dogs in her mansion and room full of paintings.
She doesn’t need to push herself past the pain period or suffer the bad parts of anything unlike other famous people like Britney Spears, Aaron Carter, Lindsay Lohan, Michael Jackson, Elvis Presley who would be bankrupt if they don’t continue to take drugs and sell their souls to support themselves and their families. Those artists are being abused by the industry and people who claim to love them.
They can’t quit being famous. You don’t know what slave contracts they were tricked into signing when they were trusting teenagers from small towns with no good legal advisors and uneducated self-serving parents. They would be handed lawsuits if they break those contracts. In Asia, it was an open secret that Andy Lau was arm-twisted by the mafia to make 7 movies a year. You don’t know who is using Britney Spears as a puppet behind the scenes until she finally broke.
Her manager also tend to overbook her for concerts all over the world at the height of the popularity because there is just too much money and fans involved even if she gets death or bomb threats she would still have to continue. Even if she’s exhausted, she still has to go on performing. She’s human so how does she power through? Drugs. The saddest part is that her parents are her managers and she has no control over her money or children after working so hard. If she came from a family like The Hiltons, her family would not had to force her to continue because they are not dependent on the wealth she generated.
They would think it is not even worth the effort of seeing their daughter suffer for that kind of money which is chump change to them. But to a bunch of country parents from a small town, what Britney is making is a lot of money. It is worth all the hard work and health hazards.
They might even marry someone they hate for some security or to escape their lives like Lindsay Lohan trying to turn Muslim for her rumored murderous Saudi Arabia crown prince “boyfriend” worth more than a trillion dollars. Paris just throws away boyfriends if they become annoying.
The Hiltons will not let Paris sign any contract without using the family’s highly experienced legal team looking through it first otherwise they might be sued bankrupt by now. The Hiltons have been in business for so long and Paris doesn't need to sign contracts that aren’t in her favor.
