Brad Pitt took pictures of Angelina Jolie with a WWII roll
The creative director of W magazine, Dennis Freedman, had the idea of capturing Angelina Jolie in a different way, away from reflectors and overly edited photos as we usually see them on the covers of magazines. To achieve a more intimate and real session, he turned to none other than the actress's husband, Brad Pitt.
The photo shoot is nothing new, however, there was not so much noise as the photographs taken by Brad were published in 2008, however, the series is very good and worth sharing. You probably didn't expect an actor to be that good behind the camera. The most curious thing is that all the images were taken with an analog camera and with very old rolls of film, some were used by photographers during the Second World War.
The result is excellent, they have an interesting narrative and look, like you've never seen Angelina before. This type of photography is the best, because it is real and away from any editing software, the precise moment is captured and that was the goal of Dennis Freedman.
