Kim Kardashian and Pete Davidson confirmed their romance, holding hands, on a walk through the California desert on Wednesday, November 17, the same day that photos of both celebrating Pete's 28th birthday were released.
And while Pete and Kim have been spotted at various dinners in recent weeks, their latest outing was the first sign that the couple have taken their friendship to the next level.

A source told Thursday, November 18, that Kim and Pete are now officially dating.
"Pete has told her that he doesn't want to see anyone else," the source revealed. "Kim is telling some people that she is not serious, but that she is not dating anyone else ... She is trying not to make a big fuss, but she is very interested in him."
The 41-year-old SKIMS founder is "very excited" about the Saturday Night Live star. This would be her first public relationship since she filed for divorce from Ye last February.
"[Pete] makes her laugh every time they're together and she's completely captivated by him," the source said, adding that she feels "in the clouds" with him.
Although Davidson works on the NBC comedy show in New York, the source explained that the couple are "making the distance work and have plans to continue seeing each other" as they are "casually dating."
Pete has been romantically related to Phoebe Dynevor, Kaia Gerber, Margaret Qualley, and Kate Beckinsale, who recently hinted at why he is so attractive.
Kate liked an Instagram post that said, "I love how every time Pete Davidson starts dating another beautiful celebrity, everyone says, 'What's going on, how did he do this, what's his secret?' It's like everyone's refusing to consider the possibility that he has such a charming personality. "
