Fan sues Madonna for her unpunctuality

The "last minute" changes to Madonna's shows have angered fans

The Queen of Pop is famous for taking her time to prepare before every performance and not getting on stage until she goes over every little detail.

This effort to offer her audience exactly the experience that she had conceived in her mind has led her to start several concerts of her current tour 'Madame X Tour' with a considerable delay and now one of her fans has decided to take legal action in her against for making him wait two hours at the concert he gave in Miami Beach on December 17 of last year.

Nate Hollander, as the man who filed a lawsuit against Madonna and the Live Nation company that organizes her tour on November 4 is called, maintains that the singer has turned her tardiness into a habit and cites her own experience as an example: when he bought the tickets, the start of the show was scheduled for eight thirty at night, but then the singer changed the start of all her concerts until ten thirty.

Faced with this change in plans, Hollander no longer wanted to attend the recital, which would therefore conclude around one in the morning, but he was unable to obtain a refund for the three tickets he had purchased. He finally decided to resell them through the TicketMaster platform, but found that they had lost value due to the new hours, which reduced interest in attending a concert scheduled on weekdays.

As he has indicated in the legal documents that he presented with her lawsuit, the artist would have incurred a breach of contract and her intention is to gather other Madonna admirers outraged by her behavior to demand financial compensation.
