Lady Gaga surprises with her performance in the new trailer for the long-awaited House of Gucci
Ridley Scott's new film presented a trailer where the actress and singer leaves everyone speechless with her interpretation of the ex-wife of Maurizio Gucci, the fashion icon.
In November, one of the most anticipated films of the year will arrive, one that took more than a decade to see the light, House of Gucci, directed by the great Ridley Scott. The film has a huge cast and in the recent trailer, Lady Gaga's performance stands out.
The film is based on the 2001 book The House of Gucci: A Sensational Story of Murder, Madness, Glamor and Greed. The story takes place in 1995 and explores the events that led to the murder of Maurizio Gucci, director of the iconic brand. Italian fashion, at the hands of his ex-wife Patrizia Reggiani.
The development of this film dates back more than 10 years, when at that time the names of Angelina Jolie and Leonardo DiCaprio appeared for the main roles. The film continued to undergo several changes, until in 2019 the director of Alien and Gladiator was confirmed to lead this project.
