The pop superstar plays Patrizia Reggiani in the biographical crime drama alongside Adam Driver, who plays Reggiani's ex-husband and Italian fashion house mogul Maurizio Gucci.
The first reactions from critics who saw the film, including David Fear of Rolling Stone, who tweeted:
