The chemistry between the two was not just a matter of the script. The reunion of 'Friends' has revealed one of the best kept secrets of the series. The romance between Rachel and Ross went further. During James Corden's interview with the six leads, the two actors made an important revelation. When asked if they had had any love affair outside the cameras, Jennifer Aniston and David Schwimmer exchanged a knowing and betraying look.
The actress began to hesitate, and then Schwimmer, the actor who played Ross, revealed a secret that the two have kept for more than two decades. "In the first season I had a great crush on Jenn," he confessed. "It was reciprocal," Aniston assured with a smile. "It was like two ships passing by, because there was always one of the two that was in a relationship," he explained. He indicated that nothing ever happened between them, but then Matt LeBlanc, the actor who played Joey cut off his partner: "Shit!"
Seconds later, LeBlanc said it was all a joke, and Schwimmer and Aniston followed up with his account.
