Michelle Obama's photographer publishes her most intimate photos as first lady
On October 17, 'Chasing Light: Michelle Obama Through the Lens of a White House Photographer', a collection of 150 images of the wife of the former US president, goes on sale

The collection of snapshots includes 150 color images of Barack Obama's wife accompanied by comments from Amanda Lucidon, who was one of the official White House photographers during the Obama administration. "Mrs. Obama is a source of light and inspiration in my life," Lucidon said in a press release released by the publisher Ten Speed. “She was a mentor for me and many people in the world. The work she did with young people, especially girls and those most in need, helped me realize that I want to spend the rest of my days helping others to unleash their full potential, ”she added.
Michelle is not the only one in the Obama family to be the subject of a book. Her husband, the former president of the United States, will also have his own publication that pays tribute to him. The photographer, also a White House official, Peter Souza will soon publish a compilation of images of the former president. Obama: An Intimate Portrait will go on sale in November.
