Many believed that Walker lost his life from the heavy impact. However, after four years, McClellan confirmed that the Hollywood star had burned to death.
According to McClellan, the actor was stuck between the gas tank and the engine, but was still breathing when the vehicle caught fire.
The lawyer reported that this was known due to the traces of soot that were found in the actor's windpipe during the autopsy. "He was breathing and he wasn't able to get out because he was stuck," he claimed.
Walker was 40 years old when he passed away. His friend, Roger Rodas, was driving at the time of the crash. Both the Walker and Rodas families sued Porsche for the accident, claiming it was caused by manufacturing and safety defects. But in April 2016, the Justice determined that Porsche was not responsible for the incident.
