Kim Kardashian wanted to have a very narrow waist and a very flat abdomen. To do this, she put herself in the hands of the coach Melissa Alcántara about a year ago and she designed a fitness plan for her that has paid off so well that the star can't stop sharing the results. 'Gym Kardashian' is full. But what was this training that has changed Kim's body? Well, at last it has been fully revealed; no, it's not easy. It works. There are 4 key exercises that Melissa has designed for Kim. Thus, the star's abdomen and waist routine is summarized in these 4 movements:
