First steps
Vanessa Anne Hudgens was born on December 14, 1988 in Salinas, California to a father of Irish and Indian origins and a mother of Spanish, Filipino and Chinese origins. The family is completed by a little sister Stella Hudgens and moves to Los Angeles.
Vanessa Hudgens' artistic career began at the age of 8, where she played mainly in musicals such as "Cinderella" or "The Wizard of Oz".
In 1998, she made her debut in front of the camera to shoot mainly in television shows. Four years later, Vanessa Hudgens gets her first role in an episode of the series "Still standing".
