Halle Berry Spends The Day With Teen From Make-A-Wish Foundation
The Oscar-winning actress made one little girl’s dreams come true thanks to the Make-A-Wish Foundation.
The 51-year-old spent time with 13-year-old Brianna at The Grove in Los Angeles on Monday.
Halle and the Make-A-Wish recipient were seen enjoying a trolley ride. The pair then went for a luxury shopping spree at a pop-up Tiffany’s & Co.
The foundation is known for bringing together critically-ill children with their favorite stars.
13-year-old Brianna just so happens to be a huge fan of Halle’s.
But the A-List actress was just as enamoured by their special encounter and expressed her gratitude on her Twitter account.
Halle wrote: ‘Yesterday I was touched by an angel! Thanks to the Make A Wish Foundation I got to spend the day with Brianna, a 13 year old girl struggling with a brain tumor.’
The Gothika actress continued: ‘Our day was spent dining, shopping, laughing, trading stories and pictures, but most importantly we spent the day walking hand in hand connecting on a soul level.’
Halle also wrote about how the experience has shed light into her life, ‘Brianna’s sense of humor and zest for life was infectious and impacted me deeply!’
‘Through the story of her struggles my life was plummeted into perspective. She is one of the most courageous people I have ever met and I’m so grateful I got to know her!’
Halle looked effortlessly beautiful in a pair of jeans, a see-through black knitted shirt, and black studded boot-heels.
The beauty wore natural makeup and had her caramel tresses in a bun.
