Shocked: Suspected Friend, Jennifer Garner Wrong Send Selfie Photos to Others
Hollywood actress Jennifer Garner has had the embarrassing experience of sending a message to the wrong person. Garner thought the person he was texting was his Alias co-star, Carl Lumbly.
“You know, once you took a selfie to prove to people that you were you? And get the message 'wrong connection' when the picture has been sent? Well, that's a shame, isn't it? #IfYouAreWorkingWithCarlLumbly #PleaseTellHimImLookingForHim #BristowAndDixon," Garner wrote on his Instagram account, Saturday, October 2, 2021.
Garner uploaded a screenshot of a conversation he had with someone named Carl. After introducing himself, Garner then sent a selfie of himself and was replied, "Wrong number." "Well, it's me. I'm looking for an old friend of mine," Garner wrote in the message, it is not known if the person who was sent the message replied.
Garner's fellow celebrities commented on Garner's post. "So cute and I love it," wrote Jenny Cho. "They will tell this story for the rest of their lives," wrote Travon Free. "No, no, no! Impossible," wrote Rita Wilson.
Apparently there is a separate reason for Ben Affleck's ex-wife to contact Carl Lumbly. He and Carl had played in the Alias series which first aired, September 30, 2001. Garner marked the 20th anniversary of Alias' premiere by creating a TikTok account. "We're here, we're getting old, but we can still do it," Garner wrote, accompanying a video uploaded on his TikTok account, October 1, 2021.
Garner uploaded a video of the Alias cast reuniting. He was seen cuddling with several of his co-stars such as Michael Vartan, Merrin Dungey, Kevin Weisman, Gina Torres, Mia Maestro and Victor Garber. “Twenty years ago this week, tonight actually. #Alias airs for the first time on ABC. If you're an idea born of JJ Abram's mind, then you must be big," Garner wrote on Instagram.
Alias is a science and thriller genre series that ran from 2001 to 2006. In this series, Jennifer Garner plays Sydney Bristow, a CIA agent who has two identities. In this series, Garner is also involved in love location with Michael Vartan, his co-star who plays Michael Vaughn.
