What is wellness for you?
In my opinion, well-being starts from within. This is why it is important to bring the right dose of vegetables, fruits, proteins and especially water to your body. As long as your diet is healthy and you combine it with a reasonable fitness routine, it reflects on your skin and your energy.
Your first well-being gesture to start the day?
When I wake up, I drink a large cup of warm water with lemon to cleanse my body and eliminate toxins. It is essential to think about re-hydrating your body before going for your cup of coffee.
The best advice you've been given to stay healthy?
It comes from my mother. I have always been very active, I did ballet as a child from 3 to 15 years old, then I took up volleyball once in high school. I started my modeling career directly afterwards, so I always did sports. My mother really pushed me in this direction, she always inspired me to be stronger, and to stay active.
What is your favorite spa?
It depends where I am. Sometimes I settle for the spa of the hotel where I stay. I don't really have a favorite spa, and come to think of it, I'm not a pampering person. My sister is a physiotherapist, she's the first person I consult when a massage is needed.
