Video of singer urinating on a fan in concert causes controversy

Sophia Urista, lead singer of the band Brass Against, dropped her pants in the middle of the rock concert and urinated on the man lying on the ground...

The concerts are quite an experience and even more so those of musical genres such as rock. The emotion of seeing your favorite band is so great that sometimes you will do anything to be close to your idols, but while some settle for an autograph, others go further.

Like what happened last Friday, where a man went viral after going on stage, lying on the floor and allowing himself to be peed on by Sophia Urista, lead singer of the group Brass Against. Event that left those present surprised and of course half the internet.

After the videos were broadcast, the social networks were divided in opinions, while the band only had to apologize for the behavior of her partner... Are you ready to see the video?

Singer urinates on fan's face at rock concert

This unpleasant moment happened at the Rockville Festival held from November 11 to 14, 2021 in Daytona Beach, Florida, United States. The event was also attended by other bands such as Slipknot, Metallica and Rob Zombie.

During the performance of Brass Against, a band that is known for making covers of others such as Black Sabbath, the singer Sophia Urista was performing the song Wake Up by Rage Against the Machine, when it occurred to her to urinate on the fan.

Urista, 36, told the audience that she wanted to go to the bathroom and then, as if it were something common, she made an open invitation to go on stage and get wet on her face. A brave (or drunk) accepted and went up with honor.

We don't know if he thought it was a joke, but when Sophia asked him to get down on the floor, he did. Then the singer lowered her pants, without stopping singing, and let the liquid come out of her body. At first, the urine landed on the fan's chest, but she moved forward a bit so that it landed right on her face.

When she finished, the man raised his fist in victory, Urista pulled the garment up and then kicked the man down to her place. Some people in the audience applauded and were cheered by the show, while others covered their mouths in surprise.

For their part, netizens wondered since when did this type of show become acceptable and that the world deserved another quarantine. Other more daring confessed that it was a common practice with their partner and that if it was consensual there was no problem.

After the internet uproar, the band dropped a short message on their Twitter account explaining that Sophia "got carried away" and it wouldn't happen again.

What for a moment was fun for the singer, could be expensive. According to the local media, Daytona Beach News-Journal, the police are already investigating the case and Urista could be awarded a fine of one thousand dollars up to one year in prison.

Florida state law makes it illegal to "expose sexual organs in public or on another person's private premises, or so near as to be viewed from those private premises, in a vulgar or indecent manner."
