Álex Rodríguez, MLB legend and fiancé of the famous singer Jennifer López, was photographed secretly through a window doing a belly in the bathroom. The image of 'A-Rod' defecating, which could be captured from a building of offices on Park Avenue in front of his new apartment in Manhattan valued at 17.5 million dollars, have gone viral in the United States.

"I'm not thinking of filing a lawsuit," said Álex Rodríguez on the 'Good Day New York' program of 'Fox5'.

Álex Rodríguez joked about the incident: "My thoughts are that he was not prepared for the photo... He will have to invest in some good blinds, and I'm already on it."
