Scandalous pictures of Olivia Munn are 'phony after unknown woman takes snaps and tries to pass them off as the actress'
While scandalous pictures purported to be of Christina Hendricks are currently floating around the internet, other images alleged to be of actress Olivia Munn are also circulating.
However, the provocative photographs of the 31-year-old are phony, sources close to Munn have told website TMZ.
Several pictures emerged on websites today showing a woman said to be Munn in lingerie, a bikini, a low-cut V-neck T-shirt and also completely n***.
TMZ report that some of the images are legitimate and Munn has posted them before on her blog and Twitter, including shots of the actress in a black bra, a bikini and the said V-neck.
However sources told the website that the fully scandalous pictures, including all of the snaps in which the actress's face is not visible are in fact phony.
An unknown person is said to had taken the racy snaps of herself and posted them online, claiming that they are of the actress.
Munn has also tweeted to her followers in response to the scandal.
'If you ever hacked my phone, these are the pictures you’d find,' she wrote, along with a snap of a baby and a cat.
The legitimate pictures are said to have been taken around 2009, around the time she was dating Chris Pine.
Munn has posed n*** before, kneeling na*** but her modesty covered by her arms, for PETA's 'I'd Rather Go Na*** Than Wear Fur' campaign alongside a bunny in January this year.
The actress will next appear in Aaron Sorkin’s upcoming HBO show The Newsroom, and Steven Soderbergh's male-stripper movie Magic Mike coming out June 29, alongside shirtless wonders Matthew McConaughey and Channing Tatum.
Meanwhile Christina Hendricks has denied that a picture of her tople**, which is currently circulating the internet, is of her.
The 36-year-old's representation have told website TMZ that images of the actress wearing ba**ly any clothes and gazing into the camera are of her, but a snap of her pulling down her top to reveal her ba** breasts is not.
They also confirm to the website that Hendricks is in fact the victim of phone-hacking.
The TV star is said to not know who hacked her phone, but her people have alerted authorities and a case has been opened.
The statement comes after a hacker claiming to have broken into the Mad Men star's cell phone leaked pictures across the internet today that showed the actress in a series of compromising poses.
One photo showed Christina wearing lingerie and gazing into the camera.
Another shows the make-up free redhead wearing a pair of glasses and long sleeved tan shirt.
The hacker also posted pictures purported to show the actress pulling down her top to reveal her ba** breasts, which Hendricks and her people have said is the 'phony' picture.
Christina, who has been busy promoting the upcoming fifth season of Mad Men, is the latest in a long line of celebrities who have had their mobile phones hacked.
In November a Florida man pleaded not guilty to hacking into the email and cell phone accounts of 50 people including Christina Aguilera, Mila Kunis and Scarlett Johansson, whose scandalous photos eventually landed on the Internet.
Christopher Chaney, 35, of Jacksonville, Fla., Chaney was arrested on October 9th after a yearlong FBI investigation of celebrity hacking that U.S. authorities dubbed 'Operation Hackerazzi.' If convicted, Chaney faces up to 121 years in prison.
