Born on July 2, 1986 in New York, Lindsay Lohan grew up in a family of artists. His mother, Dina, danced in the Rockettes at Radio City Music Hall before appearing on several soap operas, and his father, Michael was a comedian on the hit soap opera As The World Turns. Little Lindsay starts at 3 years old in commercials. As a teenager, she played in Disney productions like Freaky Friday or La Coccinelle returns.
In 2004, she made a name for herself with the general public thanks to her role in the film Lolita in spite of me, by Marl Waters, which was a great success all over the world. 1. The Parent Trap (1998)
The 1998 film was an update of the 1961 film of the same name - and boy, was it a good one at that. How many of us wanted to find our own long-lost twins from the other side of the world after watching the film? And, if we did find them, trade places in an attempt to bring our parents back together?Okay, so maybe the reconciliation-of-parents bit didn't apply to everyone; but it would be pretty cool to find your exact replica with a different accent. What fun it would be; two is better than one!
2. Freaky Friday (2003)
Because of a meddling Chinese fortune cookie woman, Tess (Curtis) and Anna (Lohan) found themselves switched into each other's bodies.
This is one Lohan's movies that stuck with me the most. While it would be cool to switch bodies when you have exams that you really need to ace, or a bullying teacher you need to give a piece of your mind to... If each of your love interests get in the way, so many complications will ensue. As awesome as it would be for my mother to know how difficult it is to be a teenager nowadays, I think I will have to pass on the fortune cookie...
3. Mean Girls (2004)
Mean Girls was Lohan's departure from the girl-next-door/ tomboy roles she was known for at the time.
