Why Meghan Markle and Harry weren't invited to Barack Obama's birthday?
Excluded from the list of guests for the 60th birthday of Barack Obama, at the beginning of August, Meghan Markle and Harry would have a hard time not having been invited.
Meghan Markle and Prince Harry, known to be good friends with Michelle and Barack Obama, have seen their relationship darken lately. At the beginning of last August, the former president of the United States celebrated his sixtieth birthday, in his property in Martha's Vineyard, in Massachusetts, surrounded by his relatives and many personalities. For the occasion, the Obama couple had gathered 445 guests, a list on which the Sussex couple did not appear.
“NOT PRESENT ON THE ORIGINAL LIST”
Born the same day as Barack Obama, Meghan Markle would have dreamed of attending this birthday. Angela Levin, writer and expert on the British royal family, told 'The Sun' newspaper: "I'm told that, despite claiming she couldn't attend, Meghan desperately wanted to be the special guest of the incredible Obama's Day. The expert even added that "they will not recover".
This ignorance on the part of the Obamas with regard to Meghan and Harry would have several hypotheses. Barack Obama should have lowered the number of guests and made choices because of the Deltan variant that is raging in the United States. Yet, "Harry and Meghan weren't even on the original list," according to Angela Levin.

According to "The Sun", the couple from Sussex would no longer be in the small papers of the Obamas because of their scandals with the royal family. “The Obamas don't like Harry attacking his own family. For them, family is important. And they are certainly not the kind of people who would want their children to speak to the press,” added the expert.
Meghan Markle then consoled herself by celebrating her birthday on her side, during which she launched a new charity project, entitled “40 x 40”. An initiative that did not please the experts of the royal family. Angela Levin was, in fact, offended by the video presentation. For her, the Duchess made fun of Queen Elizabeth II.
