The Breaking Bad star, 61, and the Juno actress, 45, enjoy a in the film drama
Bryan plays Howard Wakefield - a man who mysteriously vanishes from the family home.
But unbeknown to his wife Diana (Jennifer) he's in fact secretly studying her, their children and their neighbors from the upstairs garage.
The scenes show the actor kis* ing Jennifer's neck before the couple romp between the sheets.
The film is one of the first Jennifer shot after she and husband Ben Affleck announced they were divorcing.
And she previously told Vanity Fair she found the love scenes "strange" to film.
She said: “When you haven’t been kissed for over eight months it’s strange.
"But it’s my job. It’s nine in the morning and you think, I could really use a shot of alcohol.
"Then, after a take or two, after everyone has seen your b**bs and love handles, you just want to take every crew member and be like, ‘Please have mercy on me!’”
Ben has since moved on to new girlfriend - Saturday Night Live producer Lindsay Shookus, with the pair recently spotted enjoying a number of dates around New York.
Meanwhile, Bryan's career has gone from strength to strength since the end of smash hit TV series Breaking Bad four years ago.
His role of teacher turned crystal meth dealer Walter White won him four Leading Actor Emmy awards.
Since then, he's scored an Oscar nomination for Trumbo and starred in Godzilla and How I Met Your Mother.
Wakefield is released on DVD next month.
