'It could ruin my career: Amanda Seyfried opens up about controversial scenes in Lovelace as new daring promotional stills are released

If we looked like this in the buff, we certainly wouldn't be vexed about a thing - we'd probably be skipping down the street in a pair of Daisy Dukes... well, we'd be smiling at least.

But it sounds like pretty actress Amanda Seyfried didn't feel quite the same sense of elation at getting her nu*e on for her role as porn star Linda Lovelace in the biopic of her life.

"This is the riskiest thing that's happening in Hollywood right now," she told The Sunday Times Mag.

Amanda, who was a little less  in Abba musical Mamma Mia! was concerned what the amount of flesh she flashed could do for her reputation as an actress.

"The first thing you think about is that it could ruin my career," she added.

Looking truly amazing in stills released from the upcoming movie, it's hard to understand why she thought it would damage her work in any way ( check out other stars who stripped for the camera here ).

But thankfully Amanda, who used to date the very dashing Dominic Cooper (lucky man), got into her part and ended up being at one with her na**ness.

"It's funny, because I felt liberated when I was doing it. I'm sure people that are very protective of me wou

She also scrubbed up pretty well at the Las Vegas premiere of the film with Sharon Stone , who plays her mum.

The pair turned up wearing matching monochrome and more like sisters thanks to Shazza's ability to never age.

She plays a dowdy character though as Deep Throat star turned activist Linda's mum.

And it sounds as though she found the part rather liberating too: "You don’t have to worry how you look when you roll out of bed in the morning and that’s kind of nice," she said. "It's kind of nice to not have to feel, 'If I don't get to bed right now, when I get up, what if I look a little puffy?'"

Sorry but we refuse to believe any part of that woman's being is puffy.
