Monica Bellucci and Gael García Bernal's love scene in "Mozart in the Jungle"
The Italian star is part of the third season of the Amazon show starring the Mexican actor
Legendary Italian actress Monica Bellucci has proven, once again, that age is a number. At 52, the movie star proved that her sensuality is still intact in a romance scene with Gael García Bernal, star of the Amazon comedy Mozart in the Jungle.
The episodes of the third season are set in Italy.
The conductor Rodrigo de Souza (Gael García Bernal) decides to accept a new challenge in his career: to direct the opera singer Alessandra (Bellucci) in her long-awaited return to the stage in Venice.
In Mozart in the Jungle, the 38-year-old Mexican star plays Rodrigo de Souza, inspired by the Venezuelan director Gustavo Dudamel, who assumes the leadership of the New York Symphony Orchestra.
The series – based on the book Mozart in the Jungle: romance, and Classical Music by Blair Tindall – received a Golden Globe nomination for best TV comedy on Monday, an award it won last year.
"What a spectacular Monday! I'm jumping with emotion. Neruda, Mozart in the Jungle and his servant, nominated for #GoldenGlobes Ea ea ea!", Wrote the actor on his Twitter account. This year he could take back the award for best comic actor for the Amazon show.
