However, eagle-eyed followers quickly noticed that her rear leg was distorted in one image, with a curve appearing behind her knee.
When fans flocked to comment on the mishap, Kim quickly deleted the post and re-uploaded the gallery without the image in question.
However, after a fan page shared the image, followers commented: 'Her leg lmfao'; 'She deleted it on her post that s**t is a diaper'; 'She really did it and all the comments associated with the crooked leg'; 'Oh crap!!!! LOL'.
This comes after a report last week that Kardashian is trying to "distance herself" from Kanye's Instagram drama.
