Melania Trump wore a sheer pale green dress as she departed from Saudi Arabia to Israel, but risked a major wardrobe malfunction boarding the windy plane.
To combat the hot 30 degree Saudi Arabian heat, Melania, 47, wore a full length light green dress with sheer cape detailing, but the unexpected winds as she boarded the plane almost caused a wardrobe malfunction.
Her arms were visible through the thin material but the rest of the outfit gave little away as it skimmed over her flawless figure.
The First Lady accessorised with a long gold pendant necklace and wore her hair in loose waves.
She said her goodbyes to the Saudi Arabian people before boarding Air Force One at King Khalid International Airport in Riyadh.
Saudi Arabia marked the beginning of the US President’s inaugural foreign tour.
The Trump family’s next destination is Israel, where they are due to land today.
The question on everyone’s lips before Melania left for Saudi Arabia was if she’d have to dress conservatively in traditionally strict muslim attire.
Women in Saudi Arabia, including foreign visitors, are typically expected to wear a floor length dress - abaya, and a head scarf.
But when asked if there will be any requirements over what Melania must wear, Saudi Arabia’s Foreign Minister, Abdel bin Ahmed Al-Jubeir, told the media on Thursday they “welcome any style in clothing”.
While Melania didn’t wear a headscarf doing the visit to Saudi Arabia, she did dress conservatively in full length gowns, with her shoulders and arms covered.
This comes two years after Donald Trump criticised Michelle Obama for not wearing a headscarf for her visit to Saudi Arabia.
During the family’s first night, Melania opted to wear a full length purple gown by Reem Acra, which featured a jewelled collar and cape detailing.
The dress hugged her body just enough to reveal her cubes and only her wrists and hands were on show.
Arriving in Saudi Arabia, stepping out of Air Force One, Melania was photographed wearing a stunning black jumpsuit.
She was seen hopping onto the plane in Washington yesterday wearing an orange leather pencil skirt and a white shirt.
Changing while in the air, Melania looked fabulous as she arrived at King Khalid International Airport in Riyadh.
