After she had five teeth removed last Wednesday, Miley Cyrus decided that she would keep one as a keepsake of her and gave it a rather particular use.

The We Ca n't Stop singer posted a photo on her Instagram account of her most recent creation: a colorful necklace, complete with stars, flowers, and… one of her teeth dangling.

"Look what I made @waynecoyne5 #HippieDirty a necklace with my real life tooth on it that's exclusive $$$ now you can clone me," she captioned the picture.

And the funny thing is not that she chose to model her own accessory, but the way she showed it to her followers: posing topless! The photo is a close up of her bar3 chest.

Wayne Coyne is the lead singer of the Flaming Lips and he also posted the photo after Miley posted it. The singer was obviously excited to show off the "jewel" because she shared another photo of the piece, but this time, of course, she used Photoshop to make a collage in which she also included Coyne.
